Why Lean Build & Burn?
This challenge is specifically designed to help you build lean muscle while burning fat and optimizing your hormone balance. How Does it Work?
The Lean Build & Burn Challenge is structured around 3 strength workouts per week, each targeting different muscle groups, 1 HIIT workout, and 1 sprint interval workout (or another HIIT session). These workouts are short but intense, designed to maximize results in minimal time. Plus, you have the option to include 2 optional stretch and recovery sessions to keep you limber and help you recover faster!
Here’s what a typical week looks like:
3 Strength Workouts: Each session targets different muscle groups to build strength and lean muscle across your entire body.
1 HIIT Workout: High-intensity intervals to shred fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
1 Sprinting Session: Sprint intervals are proven to stimulate HGH production and boost fat loss while preserving muscle.
2 Optional Lean Stretch & Recovery Sessions: These sessions focus on flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention.
What You’ll Need: The Essentials for Success
To get the most out of this challenge, you’ll need a few essentials:
Adjustable Bench: A sturdy bench is key for many of the strength workouts. This is a great option.
Weights (Dumbbells): Use a variety of light and medium weights (5-50 lbs) to suit your fitness level. Try these!
Lean Journal (optional): Track your progress and stay motivated—grab your journal here.
Treadmill (optional): While you can do sprints outdoors, a treadmill is a great option if you have one.
