I am very LEANCITED to share this recipe with you because honestly, one of the hardest things about losing weight or just being healthy is managing the sweet tooth (at least for me anyways)! But the good news, and the lean news is, with today’s recipe we can enjoy two of my favourite things (sweetness, and ice cream) guilt free! But not only is the recipe guilt free, it’s also packed with 42 grams of protein per serving, easy to meal prep and store in freezer and tastes delicious.

So without further ado, I hope you enjoy this High Protein Chocolate Oreo McFlurry!

With a whopping 42.5g of protein per serving, this snack is designed to support muscle growth and recovery (by the way, do not panic if that sounds like too much protein because it is not! Most people get no where near their daily requirement of protein).

Leangredients (1 serving):

  • Joyya 2% High Protein Chocolate Milk (250g) or any milk

  • Oreo Pudding Mix (7g)

  • Vanilla Protein Powder (30g)

  • Oreo Thin (1 piece)

You can get the Ninja Creami by clicking here!

Leanstructions:

  1. Combine chocolate milk, Oreo pudding mix, and protein powder in the Creami container.

  2. Mix the ingredients and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.

  3. Add a splash of unsweetened almond milk or high-protein chocolate milk once you take it out of the freezer and are prepared to eat it.

  4. Place the container in the Ninja Creami, press "Ice Cream," then remove and mix with a spoon.

  5. Return the container to the Ninja Creami, press "Respin," and top it with crumbled Oreo Thin.

Once you take it out of the freezer make sure you add a splash of milk of your choice. Then you put into the Ninja Creami, press “ice cream”, mix and return to Ninja Creami and press “Respin”. This is the most important step!
