The Viral High Protein Ice Cream

Cottage cheese is a great source of protein, with two cups containing around 56 grams of protein. It's also a low-calorie and low-fat option, making it an ideal ingredient for those looking to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

It's also crucial for maintaining muscle mass, especially if you're working out regularly. So, how do you make this delicious dessert? Here's the recipe:



Leangredients:

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup (I used walden’s farms)
  • 3 strawberries (two in food processor, one diced and put on top layer afterwards)
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla whey
  • 3 graham crackers (crumbled and sprinkled)

Leanstructions:

  1. Add cottage cheese, zero cal maple syrup, strawberries and vanilla whey to the food processor and blend until nice and creamy.
  2. Add mix to a tupperware container, sprinkle on diced strawberries and crushed graham crackers, cover and add to the freezer for a few hours (don’t leave in too long as it can get too hard).
  3. Enjoy!
