Starting your fitness transformation begins with fueling your body with healthy and tasty recipes! That's why our resident dietician and I have carefully curated personalized recipe plans featuring meat, veggie, and vegan meal options that are not only DELICIOUS but easy to create in your OWN KITCHEN!
You won't ever have to stress about calorie counting or going off the plan. Each meal is tailored to your body based on your personal profile. We have pre-calculated all your macronutrient breakdowns & portion sizes for you!

Here's one of my favorite recipes, straight out of the LEANSQUAD App that will have you coming back for seconds!
CAULIFLOWER PIZZA!
This recipe is a squadie favourite! Not only is it easy to make in the oven, but you can also easily make it on the barbecue too! Make it your own by adding any lean toppings of your choice such as some greens, or lean meats and protein!
Heres how to make it:
LEANGREDIENTS:
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 ½ cups marinara sauce
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup basil leaves
- Red chilli flakes
LEANSTURCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. (or preheat BBQ)
- Cut cauliflower stem off, then cut whole head vertically, about 1 inch slices.
- Place cauliflower slices on a lined baking sheet, brushing olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper on each side.
- Roast in oven for about 35 minutes, flipping them halfway.
- Remove from oven, top with marinara sauce, cheese and all other toppings of choice.
- Switch oven to broil, cook for another 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Take out, sprinkle with basil and chili flakes, serve!
