Low Cal Garlic Cheesy Bread

Hey Squadies, this Low Cal Garlic Cauliflower Cheesy Bread will give you a taste of just how incredible your food can be while on your weight loss journey!

One of the biggest mistakes people make is following an ultra restrictive, bland and unenjoyable diet when trying to get healthy. In the end, all that leads to is resentment, and 9 times out of 10 you’ll just go back to the other extreme of unhealthy eating because you were so unhappy.
My number one mission is to make HEALTHY food ENJOYABLE! That way you can transform your body while actually enjoying your food, and in turn, sustain the healthy way of living and eating forever. This recipe is the perfect example of that. It is SO MUCH HEALTHIER than traditional garlic bread because it’s filled with nutrients, fibre, and protein all while staying low in calories which means you can eat way more of it!

If you are looking for foods that taste great while being healthy, then this is a great recipe to try out. The key isn’t to eat less but actually to focus on eating MORE foods that are nutrient-dense but low in calories.
Using the cauliflower as the base of this recipe, makes it naturally gluten-free and one that is higher in protein and fibre than a standard bread base.
