LEAN LIFTS: Everything You Need to Know

Squadies, I am so excited to announce the launch of a brand new type of workout called the LEAN LIFTS: designed to transform your body, strength and confidence all from home!!

LEAN LIFTS are specifically designed to help build lean muscle, increase strength, transform your health and help you burn more fat than ever before by a following a specific rep count and lifting heavier weights (and ladies, do not worry about getting bulky… this will increase the rate at which your body burns fat exponentially, leading to a leaner, more toned and stronger you than ever before)!

Research shows that lifting heavier weights has numerous benefits on your overall health, confidence, strength, brain, injury prevention, among many others. Not only that, but adults can lose 3-8% of muscle mass per decade if they are not prioritizing lifting. Heavy resistance training can actually increase your lifespan and help you maintain muscle mass as you age!

How do they work?

In each level of my LEAN LIFT Program, you will experience a mix of:

  • 4-5 New 30 Minute Weighted Workouts each week (with the focus on lifting heavier weights and following specific rep counts)
  • Following A Specific Rep Count To Ensure Constant Progress
  • Optional Lean Build Finishers for Glutes & ABS
  • Optional 7 Min HIIT & LISS Cardio Sessions

Each level is structured in four 2-week training blocks, followed by a 2-week deload phase at the end of the Program. The aim is to improve performance and build strength by increasing the intensity in the second week of each training block.
