I'm very excited to finally announce something groundbreaking that's been in the works for a while now. Drumroll, please... It's the first-ever LEAN LIFT 1.0 Challenge, and it's set to take your journey to leanness to the next level. This isn't just another challenge; it's a revolution in how we train, how we sculpt our bodies, and how we define fitness… and the best part about it is we are going to do it all from home!

Mark your calendars, because come October 9th, we're embarking on an incredible fitness journey together in the LEANSQUAD App. LEAN LIFT 1.0 is here to transform not just your body but your entire approach to fitness. Get ready for something entirely new, exciting, and incredibly effective.

This Lean Challenge is going to be specifically focused on strength training (aka lifting weights) and in turn it is going to unleash benefits like you have never seen before. Your metabolism will be on fire, your body composition will tighten, tone and transform unlike ever before, your energy levels will sky rocket and most importantly, your self confidence will increase to all time highs.

How Does it Work?

You might be wondering what sets LEAN LIFT 1.0 apart from my regular challenges. Well, it's simple: it's a completely new style of training. We're going beyond the familiar to dive into the world of precision strength training, following specific rep counts that will adjust over time and similarly the Lean Challenge will be broken into specific phases, each building on the one prior to ensure maximize results.

What You Need: The Essentials for Success

To make the most of this challenge, you'll need a few essentials:

1. Workout Bench: A sturdy workout bench is your partner in building strength and muscle definition. I've got a favourite that I highly recommend—check it out here. 2. Workout Mat: A comfortable and non-slip workout mat is essential for your training sessions. Trust me; it's the foundation of your fitness journey. I've linked my favourite one here to ensure you have the best experience.

3. Weights (Dumbbells): Now, let's talk about weights. They're not just important; they're essential for achieving your long-term health and fitness goals. Weight training isn't about getting bulky; it's about building lean muscle that completely transforms your body composition. I'll guide you on how to choose the right weights for your fitness level, so don't worry if you're new to this! To start, make sure you have a set of light dumbbells (5-15 lbs) and a set of medium-heavy dumbbells (15-50 lbs).
