Looking to satisfy your sweet tooth without all the carbs? Try these leanlicous flourless peanut butter cookies! These peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are perfect for an after dinner dessert that won’t leave you feeling bloated or sluggish!
All the ingredients used are naturally sourced and naturally sweetened. For the peanut butter, choose an organic, no added sugar or salted peanut butter, such as this one. For the sweetener, I used erythritol, which contains 0 calories and 0 carbs! Erythritol is the perfect sugar substitute. You can also choose to use any other low carb sweeteners such as monk fruit sweeteners or xylitol. When choosing the chocolate chips, choose a natural, dark chocolate with no sugar added, such as these ones. Make sure when choosing a stevia product, that it is powder stevia and not granulated such as this one! With so many delicious and tasty cookies on the market, it can be hard to resist. With these cookies, you can have a guilt free treat! These cookies are also very easily customizable! If you prefer almond butter, you can substitute the peanut butter for almond butter! For some extra flavour, you can also add some nuts into the cookies, such as pecans or walnuts. I would suggest pecans because they are naturally a little sweeter.
After a weekend of whoopsies, choosing these cookies as your sweet snack is a perfect choice! You can FEEL like you are still whoopsieing it up, but in reality, you are making the lean choice!

Here’s how to make it:
LEAN-GREDIENTS:

1 cup natural unsweetened peanut butter

½ cup organic erythritol

½ tsp stevia powder

½ tsp salt
-
2 eggs
-
½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
LEAN-STRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350℉

In large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined

Scoop about 1 tbsp of dough each, in round shape onto greased baking sheet

Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown

Let cool, serve!
