BAKED FETA PASTA WITH CHERRY TOMATOES RECIPE

The Baked Feta Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes makes for a LEANMAZING Super Bowl meal and serves up to 6 people! With only 7 leangredients, this recipe can be made by anyone. Once cooked, this pasta is best served straight from the dish. This tastes so good and I can't wait for you to try it!

LEANGREDIENTS

  • Pasta (I used Chickapea Pasta because it is higher in fibre, protein and is chock full of nutrients)
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces of feta cheese (it’s best with a big block)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Fresh basil (chopped)


LEANSTRUCTIONS

1. Set the oven to 400°F. Combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt & pepper and mix. 

2. Add the block of feta, add the remaining olive oil and a little more pepper, then put in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

3. While the dish is baking, cook your pasta up.

4. After it’s done in the oven, add the garlic and basil, then mix and combine in with the pasta.

5. Serve the leanness!
