APRIL SUPER SQUADIE | LEAN NURSE
Happy April Squadies! Today I will be announcing our APRIL SUPER SQUADIE! This month's super squadie took the plunge into leanness and never looked back! This squadie is:
JASPER GRAVELINE!
Jasper joined the squad in January and has been a LEAN STAR ever since! At the end of 2019, Jasper had hit a point in her life where she wasn’t feeling her best. Once 2020 hit, She knew she wanted to make a change in her life and was willing and ready to get out of the funk and start feeling her best! After Jasper joined the leansquad, she was all in! She took the plunge into leanness and never looked back!
In 4 short months, Jasper completed 3 phases of her #6WeekLeanChallenge and is in the midst of the #30DayLeanChallenge among hundreds of other squadies also ready to make a lean change in their lives! She is feeling better both physically and mentally! As a nurse, Jasper's schedule can be quite busy with long and tiring shifts. Nursing throughout a pandemic to top it off, creates even more stress and exhaustion! Even though this is the case, Jasper did not let her busy schedule stop her! She tried practicing IF around her schedule and still managed to get her lean eating and workouts in! Jasper has been SO leanspirational to myself and the squad! I wanted to thank you first off, for your dedication to the squad and the lean life, and second for all the hard work you have been doing as a nurse throughout the pandemic! You are truly a lean star! Thank you for staying motivated and positive throughout and showing us that with the right mindset, you can achieve anything!

January 2020
Q6: WHICH PHASE ARE YOUR CURRENTLY ON?
5 (and now QUARANLEAN WOOOOOO)
Q7: WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST SUCCESS AS A PART OF THE LEANSQUAD?
My scrubs fit so much better, and I am less swollen/sore on a day to day basis and generally have a lot more energy! (I have lupus and those were my main symptoms. ...and I’m a sleepy nurse)
Q8: WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE LEAN MEAL?

Q9: WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE WHOOPSIE?
WINE
Q10: WHAT’S YOUR NUMBER 1 LEANSQUAD TIP TO SHARE?
To follow the intermittent fasting times and Phil’s recipes/meal plan. Following along with that made starting so much easier. Even when I felt exhausted, I didn’t have to think too much about making meals/planning outwhat to eat (especially helped with shift work).
Q11: WHAT WOULD
YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS ABOUT TO START THEIR LEAN JOURNEY?
DO IT! Phil, and the whole Leansquad community are all so supportive. I have struggled with physical and mental health following a severe concussion in 2016, and this is the best I have felt in ages. Also, I have noticed that I legitimately feel stronger each week as I progress through the phases, which helps to stay motivated.
Q12: WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE LEAN RESTAURANT TO EAT OUT AT?
Tie between anywhere with sashimi OR the little breakfast place at my house
Q13: If you have one, please submit a PERSONAL recipe that would be LEANSQUAD approved!!
