Lean Shred Challenge

The Lean Shred Challenge will have you feeling your best. Commit to 4 daily goals for 21 days straight to get a leansane calorie burn, tone, lose weight and build your confidence unlike ever before.

Each day, for 21 days straight, you will commit to completing 4 goals:

1. 30 mins of exercise (including your workouts in this challenge)

2. Drink 3 litres of water

3. No alcohol

4. Take a sweaty selfie/progress pic

Challenge Walk-through

  • This challenge is perfect if you are looking for flexibility in your workout schedule and a challenge that will test your limits.

    It is for all fitness levels where you dictate the difficulty, number of workouts, etc. Opt into the additional LEANCHIEVEMENT to see if you have what it takes to maintain 4 strong habits for 3 weeks.

  • This challenge is 3 weeks in length with each workout being 30 minutes long.

    You get to choose how many workouts you’d like to complete per week (from 1-5).

  • You will receive 30 minute workouts targeting different body parts. Workouts will range from bodyweight to weighted to running and will challenge you to be your best!

  • Day 1: Lean Leggies & Glutes

    Day 2: Lean Upper Body

    Day 3: Rest - Optional Stretch

    Day 4: Lean Core-ardio

    Day 5: Full Body Leansanity HIIT

    Day 6: Rest - Optional Stretch

    Day 7: Lean Walk + Run

    *Each workout is 30 mins in length

  • Just a few sets of dumbbells. I recommend:

    Light Weights (5lbs to 10lbs)

    Medium Weights (10lbs to 15lbs)

    Heavy Weights (15lbs to 25lbs)
