Lean Lift 1.0 Challenge
Start lifting from home to transform your body and confidence. This is a follow along journey for anyone looking to build lean muscle, get stronger, and completely reshape their bodies and confidence!
These workouts follow a different structure and focus on specific rep counts to completely transform our lean muscle composition, strength and confidence.

Challenge Walk-through

      If you are looking to really tone your muscles and becoming a stronger version of you, this challenge is a great option. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or workout pro, I guide you through each movement, exercise, and workout over the 3 weeks.

      This challenge is 3 weeks in length with each workout being 35 minutes long. You get to choose how many workouts you’d like to complete per week (from 1-5).

      Each phase is 3 weeks long where we focus on specific goals. As you work through the phases, you will continuously be more challenged. This challenge currently has 3 phases to progress through.

      This challenge places an emphasis on strength training all muscles groups. You can also elevate your challenge by incorporating the provided cardio finishers and optional HIIT workout each week.

      Day 1: Quads, Hammys, Glutes & Abs Day 2: Chest, Back & Arms Day 3: Rest - Optional Stretch Day 4: Hammys & Glutes Day 5: Shoulders, Tri's & Lean Abs Day 6: Optional Stretch and/or Optional Full Body HIIT Day 7: Rest - Optional Stretch *Each workout is 35 mins in length

      A workout bench and a few sets of dumbbells. I recommend: Light Weights (5lbs to 10lbs) Medium Weights (10lbs to 15lbs) Heavy Weights (15lbs to 25lbs)
