I am super busy and really don’t have a lot of time to workout, is the Challenge for me?

 

We Think So! 

The core workout is ONLY 30 MINUTES and can be done ANYWHERE with no equipment needed. You don’t need to drive or go anywhere! Simply press play and take 30 minutes to YOURSELF! The best part about exercising is that once you are done, you will be motivated and energized for the rest of the day!

No!

They are 100% Optional and are simply intended to provide you with some extra leaness if you feel like you need an extra push! You will get a great workout in 30 minutes with JUST your bodyweight!

DON’T STRESS!

All the Workouts are available for 48 hours so you will have a chance to make up the day you missed! What we sometimes recommend is that you double up a workout with a Leancovery Day to get them all in!

We keep the videos up for 48 hours to ensure that you are held accountable and stick to your daily exercise! We will keep you motivated and accountable through your entire lean journey!

I already have a loose workout schedule, can I do the Challenge as well as other workouts?

Yes!

 

We have a number of Squadies who do other workouts throughout the course of their Challenge. The most important First and foremost, check in with your doctor to ensure you are cleared for activity. 

 

Once you are cleared, our recommendation is that you do the workouts to the best of your ability and work through the exercises to a PAIN FREE range. Also, Phil will always suggest modifications for lower impact options as well as variations to take stress off joints!

To ensure that you stay accountable and motivated, you will have access to each of the videos for 48 hours. This way, it will encourage you to get your workout in, and keep pushing the lean limits!
