This challenge is an awesome mixture of hypertrophy, strength and sculpting workouts that will always keep you guessing and will ensure that you never plateau!

If you want to incorporate dumbbells into your routine and are looking to keep the tempo high with HIIT-style workouts, this is the challenge for you.
This challenge is a great prelude to the main 6 Week Lean Challenge program.

This challenge is 6 weeks in length with each workout being 30 minutes long.

Each phase is 3 weeks long where we focus on specific goals. As you work through the phases, you will continuously be more challenged.
This challenge only has 1 phase, but acts as a prelude to the 6 Week Lean Challenge program.

In this challenge, you will have 5 HIIT dumbbell workouts per week and 2 recovery sessions. Each main workout is 30 minutes in length and each finisher is 7-10 minutes.

Day 1: Lean Ignition Full Body
Day 2: Lean Leggies & Glutes
Day 3: Rest - Leancovery
Day 4: Lean Core-ardio
Day 5: Lean Upper Body
Day 6: Leansanity Full Body
Day 7: Rest - Leancovery
*Each workout is 30 mins in length

Just a few sets of dumbbells. I recommend:
Light Weights (5lbs to 10lbs)
Medium Weights (10lbs to 15lbs)
Heavy Weights (15lbs to 25lbs)
