6 Week Lean Challenge
The 6 Week Challenge is all about keep the tempo high and introducing dumbbell exercises to provide a bit of extra resistance throughout the entire workout. Each workout follows a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style format so that we maximize your time AND the Leanness!
While we will be incorporating dumbbells in each workout, the tempo stays super high so that we are always burning, building, and toning lean muscle!

If you want to incorporate dumbbells into your routine and are looking to keep the tempo high with HIIT-style workouts, this is the challenge for you.

This challenge is 6 weeks in length with each workout being 30 minutes long.

Each phase is 21 days long where we focus on specific goals. As you work through the phases, you will continuously be more challenged.
This challenge currently has 20 phases to progress through.

In this challenge, you will have 5 HIIT dumbbell workouts per week and 2 recovery sessions. Each main workout is 30 minutes in length and each finisher is 7-10 minutes.

Day 1: Lean Ignition Full Body
Day 2: Lean Leggies & Glutes
Day 3: Rest - Leancovery
Day 4: Lean Abs
Day 5: Chest, Back & Arms
Day 6: Leansanity Full Body
Day 7: Rest - Leancovery
*Each workout is 30 mins in length

Just a few sets of dumbbells. I recommend:
Light Weights (5lbs to 10lbs)
Medium Weights (10lbs to 15lbs)
Heavy Weights (15lbs to 25lbs)
