If you don’t have weights accessible or are simply looking for a bodyweight program that gets results, then you’ve come to the right place.
We maximize every workout to ensure we are burning fat and building lean muscle in this beginner-friendly challenge!

This challenge is 30 days in length with each workout being 30 minutes long.

Each phase is 30 days long where we focus on specific goals. As you work through the phases, you will continuously be more challenged.
This challenge currently has 5 phases to progress through.

This challenge consists of 5 bodyweight HIIT workouts per week and 2 recovery sessions. Each main workout is 30 minutes in length and each finisher is 7-10 minutes.

Day 4: Lean Abs
Day 5: Chest, Back & Arms
Day 6: Leansanity Full Body
