      The perfect lean program for beginners or intermediates looking for a short fitness challenge that gets results. If you are looking for variety in your program to keep you excited and your body burning then this is for you!

      This challenge is 3 weeks in length with each workout being 30 minutes long. 
- 
      
        
      
      Each phase is 3 weeks long where we focus on specific goals. As you work through the phases, you will continuously be more challenged. This challenge currently has 2 phases to progress through.

      Follow along as we complete five 30 minute workouts (bodyweight and weighted) and two 30 minute guided stretch & mobility sessions per week. Each workout is 30 minutes and is body-part specific to make sure we tone, tighten and transform the entire body. In the 21 Days to Lean there are 5 dumbbell workouts per week and 2 recovery sessions. Each main workout is 30 minutes in length and each finisher is 7-10 minutes.

      Day 1: Lean-Ignition Full Body Day 2: Lean Leggies & Glutes Day 3: Lean Upper Body Day 4: Lean Stretch & Tone Day 5: Lean Core-ardio Day 6: Leansanity Full Body Day 7: Leancovery *Each workout is 30 mins in length

      Just a few sets of dumbbells. I recommend: Light Weights (5lbs to 10lbs) Medium Weights (10lbs to 15lbs) Heavy Weights (15lbs to 25lbs)
