21 Day Lean Reset

The perfect lean program for beginners or intermediates looking to reset their bodies, confidence, and life. This will incorporate HIIT style training, strength training, low impact, and specific core work to maximize fat burn, tone, tighten, and transform your body and confidence simultaneously.

Challenge Walk-through

  • The perfect lean program for beginners or intermediates looking to reset their bodies, confidence, and life.

    If you are looking for variety in your program to keep you excited and your body burning then this is for you!

  • This challenge is 3 weeks in length with each workout being 30 minutes long.

    You get to choose how many workouts you’d like to complete per week (from 1-5).

  • Each phase is 3 weeks long where we focus on specific goals. As you work through the phases, you will continuously be more challenged.

    This challenge currently has 4 phases to progress through.

  • This challenge will incorporate HIIT style training, strength training, low impact, and specific core work to maximize fat burn, tone, tighten, and transform your body and confidence simultaneously.

  • Day 1: Lean Core-ardio

    Day 2: Lean Leggies & Glutes

    Day 3: Rest - Optional Stretch

    Day 4: Lean Upper Body

    Day 5: Leansanity Full Body

    Day 6: Optional Stretch

    Day 7: Rest - Optional Stretch

    *Each workout is 30 mins in length

  • Just a few sets of dumbbells. I recommend:

    Light Weights (5lbs to 10lbs)

    Medium Weights (10lbs to 15lbs)

    Heavy Weights (15lbs to 25lbs)
