The 21 Day Lean Reset challenge is 21 days in length with a new 30-minute workout every single day!

This challenge will incorporate HIIT style training, strength training, low impact, and specific core work to maximize fat burn, tone, tighten, and transform your body and confidence simultaneously.

Monday: Lean-Ignition - Full Body HIIT
Tuesday: Lean Leggies & Glutes
Wednesday: Lean Upper Body
Thursday: Lean Tone & Stretch
Friday: Lean Core-ardio
Saturday: Leansanity - Full Body HIIT
Sunday: Low Leantensity Cardio
*Each workout is 30 mins in length

All you need is a few sets of dumbbells. I recommend:
Light Weights (5lbs to 10lbs)
Medium Weights (10lbs to 15lbs)
Heavy Weights (15lbs to 25lbs)
