Cajun Chicken Tenders
1.25LBS Chicken Breasts (cut into strips)
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoons cajun spice (to taste)
1/2 tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
Dash of water
1 tablespoon olive oil (I used chilli infused oil)
Homemade Sriracha Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup plain low fat greek/ Icelandic yogurt
1/4 cup sriracha sauce (or use low sugar ketchup)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of salt
Dash of Cajun Spice
Preheat oven to broil (on high or roughly 550 degrees).
In big bowl, combine all the cajun ingredients together (spices, oil and chicken) until the chicken is thoroughly covered.
Line baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Then spread cajun chicken strips on the sheet evenly.
Cooking for 16-18 minutes (or until cooked through). Sprinkle with one last dash of paprika.
For dipping sauce, mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Once well mixed, serve chicken tenders with the dipping sauce and enjoy this leanmazing meal!
