Each week, we will do 5 new, body part specific workouts which are only 30 minutes from start to finish! You also get 2 rest days with an optional stretch session a week!

ON YOUR OWN TIME, WITH ME

Every workout can be done on YOUR OWN TIME, alongside me! Your daily session will get emailed to you first thing in the morning and you’ll have 48hrs to complete it, that way you are held accountable!

You don’t need any equipment! Each workout is designed to burn fat in all areas of your body. Each day we work on a different area of the body to maximize results in the shortest amount of time.

I am a beginner and I don’t feel like I am in very good shape, can I start the challenge?

Yes!

The ONLY rule when starting a Lean Challenge is that YOU do YOUR BEST. It is not a competition and you are not comparing yourself to anyone else. All the exercises are bodyweight and it’s important you do them to the best of YOUR ability.

If you are tired, that is GREAT, it means you are pushing yourself and getting stronger. Simply take a break, and when you are ready, hop back in and pick back up where you left off!

How will I get in good shape without going to the gym or using any equipment?

This is one of the BIGGEST misconceptions about fitness.

You DO NOT NEED a gym or fancy equipment to get a great workout. By doing the right movements using your bodyweight, you can get a GREAT workout and feel LEANMAZING! Phil hasn’t been to the gym in 6 months and feels better than ever!

I am dealing with a previous injury, but still want to get active, can I still sign up?

First and foremost, check in with your doctor to ensure you are cleared for activity.

Once you are cleared, our recommendation is that you do the workouts to the best of your ability and work through the exercises to a PAIN FREE range. Also, Phil will always suggest modifications for lower impact options as well as variations to take stress off joints!
