Happy September Squadies! It’s that time of month again… time to show appreciation to my amazing squad with our SQUADIE OF THE MONTH!

For the month of September, our Super Squadie is the LEAN-MAZING:
Kim got started on the #90DAYLEANPLAN in January 2019! Since then, Kim was able to TRANSFORM her life! Along with SHEDDING off the pounds, Kim also has more energy and confidence! She has been sharing super inspiring messages with myself as well as with her community and following throughout her journey. Her messages of gaining confidence and becoming healthier through self-love, self-care and dedication are truly lean-sipiring! Here is one of her messages:
“At the end of the day no one will know the amount of work you put in to changing yourself. It’s hard work, determination and discipline. You could feel exhausted and drained from pushing yourself and someone will still knit pick on you BUT this is where you push harder and decide you are better! The time and nurture you give yourself is an investment and that’s the best thing you can ever do for yourself. Nobody but you can feel these changes. You are incredible and it all starts from within.”
Thank you for your beautiful words Kim! You are truly a leanspiration! I wanted to thank Super Squadie Kim for sharing her story! She has definitely been a positive and motivational part of the squad since she first began her journey with us! I know you will continue to CRUSH through your next phase, and will be READY and WILLING to take on any challenges that come your way! Q7: What’s your biggest success as a part of the LEANSQUAD?
My biggest successes as part of Leansquad has been feeling more energized, loving myself and my body for what it is capable of and how much I can push myself without having to deprive myself.

Anything with teriyaki or salmon!!

Oreo ice cream sandwiches whoopsie!
Q10: What’s your number 1 LEANSQUAD tip to share?
Listen to your body – do not overwork your body to the point you feel depleted and always eat wholesome nutritious foods. Practice mindfulness and enjoy yourself.
Q11: What would you say to someone who is about to start their lean journey?
You have all the power to change and improve yourself. Start with little changes and challenges. Exercise your mind and body to be healthier. Take time to care for yourself and understand that changes do not happen overnight.

Hmmmm Moxies. I love ordering the chipotle mango chicken – its spiced rubbed chicken with avocado, salsa, either beets or squash, broccoli and mango sauce!
