What makes this recipe so leanlicious?! The combination of peaches, tomatoes and jalapenos will give you the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Pairing this with a simple bbq chicken breast will add the perfect amount of savoury to make this dish to die for! This is the perfect lean protein packed dinner that the whole family will enjoy!

FULL Peach Salsa BBQ Chicken Recipe:
– 1 cup peaches (diced)
– 1 cup tomatoes (diced)
– 4 tbsp jalapeno ( finely diced, seeded)
– 2 tbsp red onion (diced)
– 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
– ½ tbsp lime juice
– Dash of Chile powder
- Combine peaches, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, cilantro, lime juice and chili powder in a small bow. Mix until combined
- Preheat grill to medium / high heat. Add oil to grates. Add chicken breasts. Flip at around 8-10 minutes
- Plate chicken with salsa overtop. Enjoy!
