Happy March Squadies! Today I will be announcing out MARCH SUPER SQUADIE!

She was an average mom turned LEAN MOM! This super squadie is:

RENEE ANGERS!

Renee joined the squad in January and has been absolutely crushing it ever since! Renee decided she wanted to make a positive change in her life. She decided the time for excuses was over, she was ready to commit to a better her! Since making that commitment, Renee has been a lean ALL-STAR! She jumped right into her plan, full force and has made leansane progress in only 2 months! Renee is proof that if you want something and you put your time and energy into it, you can accomplish so much in no time!

 

In 2 short months, our super squadie is down 15 pounds, feeling more energetic, sleeping better, and is feeling overall more positive! She is always asking questions, making sure she is on the right track and staying motivated. Renee was able to stick to her plan and continue to find new ways to motivate herself, even when she wasn’t feeling her greatest. No matter what happened, she kept going! I want to thank you for being such a leanspiration to the squad and I! So excited to see you CRUSH through the rest of 90 Day Lean Plan!!

Lean on the support group! Dont feel guilty, if you have an off day, we all do. Just keep going, do as much as you can, and it will pay off.

Chopped Leaf! Southwest Salad with Chicken!

Salsa Chicken & Greens

Ingredients:

  • Chicken
  • Chili Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste ( optional)
  • Cheddar Cheese or low fat mozza
  • Green Pepper
  • Onion
  • Oregano
  • Olive Oil
  • Mushroom

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Sprinkle Chicken with Chili Powder, Garlic, Oregano( optional salt and pepper).
  2. Grill at 400 for 15-20 min flipping halfway through.
  3. While cooking, Add a 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil to non stick pan, add chopped green pepper, onion and mushroom simmer on low until onion and mushroom are soft.
  4. Pull out chicken, add veggie mix to top, add cheddar cheese.
  5. Serve with Salsa! Serve with your favourite Leafy or Steamed Green!
