Pumpkin spice lattes are officially back at Starbucks, which means it’s time to throw on your ugg boots, sweatpants, and oversized hoodie and get that daily PSL fix!!!

However… unlike the years past, this PSL season is going to be very different and that is because I am going to show you EXACTLY how to order your pumpkin spice latte (either hot or iced) so that it instead of it being filled with 50 grams of sugar and 400 calories (that’s just in a grande size) it will ONLY HAVE 90 CALORIES!!! That means every time you order your pumpkin spice latte the lean way, you will be avoiding 290 calories!!!

I know, it’s scary to think that a normal, grande sized pumpkin spice latte contains 380 calories.

Did you know that A lot of Starbucks drinks have anywhere from 300-500 calories depending on size which is the equivalent to drinking a milkshake from McDonald’s
