Happy January Squadies! It’s time to announce our Super Squadie of the month check out her motivating transformation!
For the month of January, our Super Squadie is the LEAN-MAZING:
Emily got started on the #6WEEKLEANCHALLENGE in November 2019! With Christmas around the corner and Leansquad’s new #6weekleanchallenge available, Emily decided to take the plunge into LEANNESS! The 6 Week Lean challenge is designed to help you get LEAN and FEELING good in only 6 weeks! With workouts customized to your body, 40 easy and leanlicious recipes plus online and group chat support, you are sure to have everything you need to reach your fitness and nutrition goals! After hearing of the 6 week challenge, Emily decided, no more excuses, no more feeling bloated, tired and sluggish – she made the commitment to herself and hasn’t looked back!
Emily is SUCH an inspiration to all of us here at the Leansquad! After making that commitment to herself, she continued to work hard each day, taking steps towards her goals. Throughout her journey, she hit some bumps in the road, but she never let that stop her! She always has such a leanmazing energy, always looking forward to her workouts and always going the extra mile. She NEVER hesitates to ask questions to make sure she is on the right track and always staying motivated! Thank you Emily for being such an inspiration to me and our Squadie community! Keep up the good work, I know you will CRUSH through your next phase!

This program is amazing! For anyone even considering joining- just do it! You won’t regret it. You will feel the changes after just 1 week, and see them shortly after! The best part about it is the community we have created. The squadies. With everyone checking in on each other and checking in with Phil- we are so accountable and so able to motivate each other. The best workout plan out there. So lucky and happy to be a part of it all.
