FULL 25 min Exercise Routine for Kids and Parents
I am SO excited to share LEANSQUAD’s first ever Kids Workout in preparation for the #BackToLean Schools Initiative starting next week, September 16th (click here to learn more about it)!
My goal is to make health and fitness a part of EVERY family, and this workout is the perfect starting point for any parents, kids, students (or anyone for that matter) who is looking to become healthier, fitter and more active!!!
This workout is all body weight, no equipment needed! Likewise, it’s suitable for kids and adults of ALL ages, and is very low impact. Don’t let that fool you though, it is still 25 minutes of sweaty, lean fun!!! Similarly, you don’t need much space at all to get this done. The most important thing is that you just get it done! Taking the first step is often the hardest, but if you get this workout done, you will be well on your way to succeeding on your health and wellness journey.
Likewise, it is important to remember, that you or your kids should go at your own pace! We are not competing against one another. All that matters is that we do OUR BEST!!!
