WARM UP (optional):

Let’s begin with the quick 5 minute warmup. Although it is optional, I definitely recommend warming up your body before working out. Warming up can help you avoid injury and get the most out of your workout!

 


Back and Arms:

Get rid of that unwanted back and arm fat and start looking toned with this leansane back and arm workout! 


Core and Cardio:

Give yourself a short 5 minute then hop right into this intense workout! Working out your core is super important to help keep your body strong and stable! Added cardio helps keep the heart rate elevated and the body burning!


LEAN LEGGIES:

Can’t forget about those legs! In just 12 minutes, this workout will have your legs BURNING! 


Optional Finisher:

Let’s finish off your abs with this super intense ab workout! Get ready to sweat because this is a tough one! Get through this quick 10 minute workout and feel energized all day long!!
